UnoTasker ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates a digital platform that connects users with home and personal service providers, including but not limited to drivers, cooks, salon professionals, electricians, and plumbers ("Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how UnoTasker collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information of (a) users who access or use our platform ("Users") and (b) registered service providers ("Vendors").

This Policy is made in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian laws.

By using our website or mobile application ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

From Users:

From Vendors:
• Name, age, contact details, address, and professional qualifications.

• To create and manage user and vendor accounts.
• To enable and manage service bookings.
• To process platform fees and vendor payments through PPI wallets.
• To personalize and improve the Platform experience.

Note: We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user and vendor data as long as necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Service history and user preferences are retained to improve user experience and future recommendations.

Upon deletion of an account, all associated personal data will be permanently erased, unless required by law to be retained for a specified period.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share personal information with third parties, except:

9. Vendor Privacy Notice

This section applies specifically to Vendors registered on UnoTasker.

Data Collected:
In addition to the information listed in Section 2, we may collect identification details, skill certifications, financial and payment information related to your PPI wallet, and service performance data.

Purpose of Processing:
• To verify your identity and qualifications.
• To enable allocation of service requests.
• To calculate platform fees and manage wallet transactions.
• To communicate performance insights, ratings, and compliance requirements.

Retention and Deletion:
Vendor data will be retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon termination, personal data will be deleted in accordance with Section 4, unless legally required to retain transaction records.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. Any revisions will be posted on our Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
