Whether you need a driver, cleaner, or handyman (coming soon), UnoTasker connects you with trusted, verified professionals trained to deliver high-quality services safely and efficiently.

Q2. How does UnoTasker work?

Simply download the UnoTasker app from the Play Store, choose your required service, pick your time and location, and UnoTasker assigns a verified Service Professional nearby. You can track, chat, and pay securely — all within the app.

Q3. Where is UnoTasker currently available?

UnoTasker is currently live in Kolkata (POC) and expanding soon to Hyderabad and other major Indian cities. Stay tuned to our app or website for updates on new locations.

Q4. Do I need to create an account to use UnoTasker?

Yes. You must sign up using your mobile number or email to book services, track orders, and ensure a secure experience.

Q1. How can I book a service on UnoTasker?

Open the UnoTasker app, choose your service category (Driver, Cleaner, etc.), select your preferred date, time, and duration, and confirm the booking. UnoTasker will match you with the most suitable Service Professional and share their details before the job begins.

Q2. How early should I book a service?

You can book a service as early as 60 minutes in advance or schedule it up to 5 days ahead, based on availability.

Q3. Can I modify or reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can edit date, time, or location before a Service Professional is assigned. Once assigned, please contact support for changes.

Q4. Can I track my Service Professional’s live location?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you can track the professional’s live location from 20 minutes before your scheduled time, directly in the app.

Q5. Can I request the same Service Professional again?

You can make a preference request, and UnoTasker will try to assign the same professional when available. However, since bookings are dynamically allocated, this isn’t guaranteed. All UnoTasker Pros are verified and trained to deliver consistent quality.

Q1. Is there a registration or onboarding fee?

There may be a small, one-time onboarding fee to cover background verification, training, and account setup. You’ll be notified of the exact amount during registration.

Q2. How long does verification take?

Verification usually takes 1–3 business days after you submit your documents. You’ll receive a notification once your profile is approved and ready to start receiving bookings.

Q3. What kind of training is provided?

UnoTasker offers brief orientation and training sessions on app usage, customer interaction, safety standards, and professional behaviour — helping you deliver excellent service from day one.

Anyone with valid documents, verified skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service can join UnoTasker. The platform empowers individuals from every background to work flexibly, safely, and independently.

You can download the UnoTasker Service Provider App from the Google Play Store. Once installed, sign up using your mobile number, upload your details and documents, and our team will verify your profile before activation.

To register as a UnoTasker Service Provider, you’ll typically need:

  • A valid Government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving Licence)
  • Address proof
  • Bank account details for payments
